Career development begins with
perspective.
See your experience differently.
Explore what's possible.
Sometimes, we're too close to our own careers to see the full picture.
We spend years building experience, solving problems, taking on responsibility, and making decisions within our careers. Over time, it becomes easy to normalize what we know, make assumptions about where we fit, or overlook possibilities that are difficult to see from where we're standing.
At Paradigm Solutions (PRCS Canada), I help professionals step back and look again.
Through career strategy, coaching, professional branding, résumé and LinkedIn development, interview preparation, and executive positioning, I help people make sense of their experience, explore what might be possible, and decide how they want to move forward.
That might mean advancing, changing direction, strengthening how experience is positioned and communicated, or recognizing opportunities that weren't apparent before.
I don't begin with the résumé. I begin with the person.
Career development, built around you.
Career questions aren't one-dimensional. You may know exactly where you want to go and need stronger positioning. You may be weighing several possibilities. Or you may know something needs to change without knowing what that change should look like yet.
My work begins wherever you are.

My belief in perspective is personal.
There was a time in my own life when my circumstances influenced what I believed was possible for me.
My path into this work wasn't conventional. I entered adulthood early, without a post-secondary education or clear professional roadmap. The assumptions I made about myself and my future were shaped by what I knew and what I had experienced.
Some of those assumptions turned out not to be true.
Learning to question those assumptions changed the direction of my life. It also changed the way I came to understand careers: how easily we can become limited by what we know, what we've experienced, and what we assume to be true.
Years later, that belief in the power of perspective became part of the foundation for Paradigm Solutions.
I founded the business in 2014, during a major downturn in Alberta, initially helping professionals navigate job loss and career transition. Over time, I realized the résumé was almost never the whole problem. Some of the most important work happened before I wrote a single word: asking questions, connecting pieces of someone's experience, challenging assumptions, and helping them see something they hadn't noticed before.
Today, I work with professionals at different stages in their careers, from those considering a change or pursuing advancement to senior leaders and executives preparing for what comes next. My work has expanded far beyond résumé writing, but the belief that shaped it remains the same: perspective matters.
